10) The Division needs a conservative estimate on the number of cottonwoods to be removed during <br />mining operations or an actual inventory as noted in the Reclamation Plan. Staff cannot <br />accurately calculate the cost for reclamation without a solid number to apply to the site. <br />11)Please respond directly to the Office of State Engineer comments and Cc the Division. (copy <br />enclosed) <br />l2) Please verify that the amendment to the well permit noted by OSE has been submitted. <br />This is a Preliminary Review of the application and should not be considered as final requirements for a <br />Decision.
