'L']tc Tatums requested <br />postpunement to Mauch 2001 of the administrative hearing on Basin's challenge to the notice of <br />violation in question. '1'hcy understand that Basin requests an extension only to allow for a timely <br />decision on the company's challenge. The Tatums do nut object to an extension so limited. <br />This letter also confirms that in light of the exclusion of the methane vent area on the <br />Tatums' property I tom the scope of t1asin's pending bond release application, Ann Tatum withdraws <br />her objection to the requested release. Please allow me to emphasize that the 1~atums continue to <br />object to hand release in any form with respect to the methane vent area or any other area that <br />Basin'soperationshaveadverselyaffectedtodate.
