Steps Necessary to Abate Violation, CV-99-003:
I . Repair underground mine water conveyance systems at [he Fish Creek Borehole so as
to prevent further exceedances of federal effluent limitations.
2. Submit a complete Technical Rtvision to CDMG Permit No. C-3'_-0~6 to revise the
sections associated with the protection of [he hydrologic balance (2.0~-6(3)(a)(i)) and
with the probable hydrologic consequences of underground mining activities
('_.0~.6(3)(b)(iii)), so as to appropriately reFlect both the current and the projected
hydrologic regime within and adjacent to the permit area and to include to plans for
treatment of the underground mine water discharge.
