One is a letter from the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division to Henderson dated 7-29-91 granting conditional approval of an alternative boundary <br />marking plan that had been submitted by Henderson. The other is a letter from Climax to the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division dated July 31, 1991 stating that the boundaries of the Climax <br />Mine property are marked by visible markers and/or monuments.
