NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO In the Matter of: CASH MINE, BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO MLRD Permit No. M-83-141 Mount Royale Ventures, LLC (the "ApplicanUOperator") has applied for an Amendment to Hard Rock/Metal Mines Limited Impact (110j Reclamation Permit No. M-83-141 from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board") to modify mining operations at the existing permitted Cash Mine located in Boulder County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed Cash and Who Do Mine Project. Similar notice and information has been provided to the Boulder County Land Use Department and the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology ("the Division") and the Office of Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. The ApplicartUOperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to "Forestry" use. Pursuant to Section 34-32-116(7)(j) C.R.S., the Board is required to confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation. Please note that, in order to preserve your right to a hearing before the Board on this Application, you must submit written comments on the Application within ten (10) days after the date of the Applicant's newspaper publication.
