Dear Mr. Kluksdahl;
On September 10, 1992 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board conditionally
approved the technical revision application submitted to the Division on
May 4, 1992, proposing the revision of the 'cater quality sampling and
analytical protocol for the San Luis project. This technical revision was
submitted in partial satisfaction of Abatement Requirement ltl2, placed upon
the March 31, 1992 Notice of Violation. The terms of 7R No. 006, as
_onditionally approved by the Board, are her?dy incorporated into Permit No.
M-88-112.
