Turnpike Mining Resource AM-01 Adequacy Review <br />M-2004-009 <br />Rule 6.4.12 Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />August 25, 2005 <br />Page 5 <br />30. Will the low water crossing area be removed for reclamation? If so, please include removal costs in <br />your estimate. <br />31. Please describe any buildings and structures (non "rolling stock") that will be constructed on site for <br />this operation. Include dimensions, materials used, and descriptions of foundations. If the operator <br />intends to leave any of these structures on site after reclamation, the operator must prove that they <br />meet the requirements of Rule 3.1.11, or the Division will bond for their removal. <br />32. Please also see Item 21 of this letter in regard to seeing costs. <br />Rule 6.4.13 Exhibit M -Other Permits and Licenses <br />33. Please indicate the status of current applicable permits. Please provide a copy of the Corps of <br />Engineers permit(s) and the Gravel Pit Well Permit. <br />Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />34. State Highway 52 is within 200 feet of the proposed affected area boundary. Please provide proof <br />that its owner, the Colorado Department of Transportation, has been notified of the proposed <br />operation. If they have agreed to allow mining within 200 feet of their structure, please submit a copy <br />of this agreement. Otherwise, please move the affected area boundary a minimum of 200 feet from <br />the structure or provide a Geotechnical Stability Exhibit, as required by Rule 6.5. <br />35. Please provide copies of all agreements with structure owners allowing mining within 200 feet of their <br />structures. <br />Comments from Other Agencies <br />36.
