Dear Sirs and/or Madam:
On March 23, 1994, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board issued notice
that the consideration of a possible Cease and Desist Order for the Incas
Mine, Permit No. M-86-076, be continued to the April 27 and 28, 1994 Board
Meeting.
IN ORDER TO AVOID A CEASE AND DESIST ORDER BEING ISSUED, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE
ANNUAL FEE OF $225.00, AND THE CIVIL PENALTY OF $225.00 (TOTAL OF $450.00),
AND YOUR ANNUAL REPORT NO LATER THAN 5 P.M. ON APRIL 26, 1994.
The Board Meeting will be held on April 27 and 28, 1994, in Room 318 of
1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter can be considered, and you will have the opportunity
to be represented and heard.
