Cattany <br />Division Direcor <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology recently mailed a letter to Avalanche Creek Mazble and Alabaster, L.L.C. <br />indicating that the White Banks Mine site is currently under-bonded, that the Division believes this is in violation of: <br />Section 34-32-] 17(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act 34-32-101 et. sew, C. R. S. 1984 as Amended, <br />and that, the Division has found reason to believe a violation exists to Permit M-1999-042 and the Law and has <br />scheduled this matter before the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. <br />On November 17, 2003, the Division received and accepted Avalanche Creek Marble and Alabaster, L.L.C. s check <br />and financial warranty form. The financial warranty currently held by the State is now adequate to reclaim the mine <br />site.
