The Board shall hold a hearing in this matter concerning possible
violations prior to continuing the hearing concerning the permit
amendment.
5. The motion by Castle Concrete Company to continue
this matter concerning the possible violations beyond the August
1989 Board Meeting is denied. The hearing on possible violations
shall be held at the August 1989 meeting as scheduled.
6. PROCEDURE
The following order of presentation shall govern the hear-
ing, The Board has the right to limit any redundant or repeti-
tive testimony.
a. Presentation of evidence by the Division, fol-
lowed by:
1) Cross-examination of Division witnesses
by Castle Concrete;
2) Cross-examination of Division witnesses
by the parties in the order listed in paragraph 1.
followed by:
b. Presentation of evidence by Castle Concrete,
1) Cross-examination by the Division;
2) Cross-examination by each of the parties
in the order listed in paragraph 1.
c. Presentation of evidence by the parties in the
order listed in paragraph 1; each party's presentation shall be
followed by:
1) Cross-examination by the Division;
2) Cross-examination by Castle Concrete.
d. Rebuttal evidence by Castle Concrete;
e. Rebuttal evidence by the Division;
f. Closing arguments in the following order:
