Mr. Sorenson's comments pertain to <br />geochnical stability and the revised REVEY Associates, Inc. report of Mazch 2002. The decision date for <br />your application is scheduled for July 25, 2002. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or <br />before Iuly 19, 2002. Please be advised that your amendment application may be deemed inadequate and <br />may be denied on July 25, 2002 unless the attached adequacy review items aze addressed to the satisfaction <br />of the Division. <br />Once again, we will look forward to your response on or before July 19, 2002. Rule 1.8.1 states that <br />changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and <br />Recorder.
