The Notice of Violation Number CV-2007-001 was issued by the Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) with an abatement deadline of May I5, 2007.
It was our intent to set the abatement timeframe for the fu1190 days as allowed by Rule
5.03.2(2)(6). A miscalculation of the timeframe occurred, resulting in the issuance of an
89 day abatement timeframe.
By this letter, the abatement timeframe for Notice of Violation CV-2007-001 is extended
to allow the full 90 days. The revised abatement deadline for Notice of Violation CV-
2007-001 will be May 16, 2007.
