~ ' ~ ~ Jim Stevens • III IIIIIIIIIIIII III • Feb. 1 7, 1 999
i ~ Div. of Minerals & Geology RECEIVECi
1313 Sherman St. Rm # 215 FEB 22 ~ggg
Denver,Colo. 80203
Division ci Minerals d Ge°i°g"
Dear Sir:
I am writing this letter as per your request to
state some of the details that surround the company in question.
RE:ACA Products at 702 Gregg Dr. Buena Vista, Colo. 81211. I was laid off due to lack of work
they claimed and I didn't like the idea of the materials that
were buried when we were doing and don't like it now either.
There were numerous barrels of stuff that the labels had rusted
away and the bungs in them rusted shut so they just said just
bury them and stay clear of any of the stuff. We also buried
