Castle Concrete Company has <br />asked that the Board consider an adjustment in the timetable for the <br />implementation of the Snyder Quarry Corrective Action Plan. Castle Concrete <br />has requested that this matter be heard at the next regularly sched~~led Board <br />Meeting, on June 27-28, 1990, to be held in Room 220, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado. <br />The Division has determined that this matter should be heard during a Formal <br />Public Hearing. Parties involved in a Formal Public Hearing requir~a a <br />twenty-day period of notification prior to the Board Meeting at whi~:h the <br />Hearing would be held. Castle Concrete Company has waived their 20•-day notice <br />requirement. <br />Please let us know by June 25, 1990 whether you wish to attend this Formal <br />Public Hearing. As a Party, you are entitled to a 20-day notice. [f you wish <br />to have this matter heard at the June 27-28, 1990 Board Meeting, plraase <br />indicate your wish to waive your right to the 20-day notice requirement. If <br />you wish to not waive your 20-day notice requirement, please indicate this as <br />well. Should we not receive a waiver from any Party, the Formal Public <br />Hearing will be held during the July 25-26, 1990 Board Meeting. <br />Should you have any questions, please call Daniel I.
