<br />-2- <br />BOARD ORDER <br />Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-123(2), <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board hereby assesses a civil penalty in the amount <br />of 55,100.00. Thts 1s based upon as assessment of 585.00 per day for 60 days <br />of violation. The Board orders the civil penalty in the amount of 55,100.00 <br />to be paid to the Mined Land Reclamation Division by August 3, 1992 if the <br />following corrective actions are not complted_w1th: <br />R.E.
