Anderson and Moms: <br />As we have discussed, we have agreed to move the rebuttal witness opinions exchange date to <br />Wednesday, February 28, 2001, in light of the decision of the Mined Land Reclamation Board to <br />conduct an extraordinary session to consider the Joint Mo[ion of DMG and the Tatums to <br />exclude the expert reports of Basin Resources, Inc.
