Box 2379 <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80901 <br />Sec. 32, T13S, R67W, E1 Paso County, 112 acres; 112 limestone quarry. <br />Update on off-site disturbance corrective actions. <br />Staff informed the Board that the operator had requested an opportunity <br />to address the Board today to discuss the Snyder Quarry Access. Road <br />notice of violation and corrective actions which were ordered in <br />December of 1989. Same of the work due to be completed by the operator <br />by June 1, 1990, has not yet been completed. <br />Mr. Mark Heifer, the operator's environmental consultant, addressed the <br />Board. He presented and discussed ATTACHMENT K - an information sheet <br />which included a list the work the company 7ioulld have performed, <br />various deadlines, a list of work that was completed and time frames <br />for the completion of outstanding corrective actions. Mr. Gordon <br />Morgan, the operator, also addressed the Board briefly. <br />Mr. Heffner showed slides of the site and further discussed the work <br />that had been completed, as well as work that will be completed. He <br />answered questions from the Board. <br />
