All comment and review periods began on January 14, 2003. The decision date for your <br />appficatiofi is scfiedtiled for April 14, 2003. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />Totali'ty' of the pfoposed tiiiifiifg operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
