We would lii:e to clarify <br />a few final items: <br />1. Reporting of the volume of s~;iiment removed annually fron, the sediment <br />basin will be reouired in the Permit Annual Report for the first three <br />years of the basin's use. <br />2. The sediment basin will be backfilled, graded, and reveaetzted aoor~ <br />completion of its use. <br />3. The permit boundary identified in the January 3C, 1990 Sediment 6a sin <br />Plans as the "approximate permit boundary" will exist as the pe rtr~it <br />boundary within Castle Concrete Company property and up to the ;astle <br />Concrete Company/Cedar Heights Lenders' property boundary situated across <br />the Snyder Ouarry Access Road. <br />Sincerely, <br />/~/Iit.Ci.~_- <br />H.
