As we discussed
the total bonded acreage limit is set at 114.8 acres of disturbed Land at any one time. The
bonded acreage boundary on the new maps has been pulled in on the east side so that the
total bonded acreage limit remains at 114.8 acres disturbance at any one time. Therefore
we would like to submit the following revised maps.
- Rex Quarry -Affected Area Boundaries (Revised 12/03)
A Rex Quarry - Exhibit D (Revised 12/03)
A Rex Quarry- Exhibit E (Reclaimed Contours -1998) (Revised 12103)
- Rex Quarry - Exhibit E (Revised 12/03)
- Rex Quarry Exhibit E (Revised 12/03)
~ " Therefore PLS wishes to request that the area removed from within the bonded acreage
boundary along the east edge of the permit be formally removed from the bonded
acreage boundary. The area being removed from the bonded acreage limit boundary is
an area that has not been disturbed by current mining operations to date. However, this
*' ~."' area was previously disturbed prior to 1974 as shown on the attached map. This is an
area that will be mined in the future once additional acreage has been released from the
~_ ~ bonded acreage limit.
