The permit
numbers aze: M-1999-070, 0~ and 072.
We have reshaped the property, spread existing topsoil piles over the mined area and
seeded with the approved seed mix. We were fortunate to have a wet fall and this spring
has continued to provide good moisture, resulting in a healthy stand of grass and
providing excellent ground cover. We believe that this effort has resulted bringing this
site into compliance with the regulations of your organization.
Please call me at 719-785-3239 when you would like to inspect the site and I will meet
you there to open the gate. As I said, I'll be out of town until May 2nd, but it sounds like
that time frame works for you.
Best regards,
~~
Jerry Novak
Division Manager
/~1D1/ = 1I~0~U ur
..~ ~1~~ "OY~/~ ~pZoaS
6385 Corporate Drive Suite 200 Colorado Springs, CO 80919 www.classiccompaniesinc.com
phone: (719) 592-9333 fax: (719) 457-1023
