(c) All water diversions and impondments: There will be NO <br />diversions nor impondments. <br />(d) Size of area to be worked at any one time -There will be not <br />more than one acre of area worked at any one time. <br />(e) Approximate timetable: <br />1. estimate of periods of time required for stages of operation: <br />remove top-soil - 2 days; remove gravel - approx. 1 acre <br />each year for X number of years; reclamation -depending <br />on weather and moisture for grass seed to germinate, 3 <br />to 6 months <br />2. size and area - as stated in (d) above: approx. 1 acre per year, <br />3. outlining sequence of stages - as stated above in #1, then <br />used as needed in that local of our operations <br />(f) 1. nature, depth, and thickness - approx. 25 feet <br />(g) primary and secondary commodities mined: gravel <br />(h) incidental products mined -none (does not apply to our area) <br />(i) specify explosives -none (does not apply to our area) <br />6.4.5. Exhibit E -reclamation plan <br />(7)(a) Colorado Historical Society- I acknowledge that Colorado <br />Historical Society indicates no surveys for cultural resources have <br />been proposed, however this information is incomplete for this area. <br />(b) Corps of Engineers - I acknowledge that Corps of Engineers <br />requires notification if we are in water and dredging -which there <br />will be no dredging at this pit. <br />(c) Office of State Engineer - I acknowledge that our permit does not <br />anticipate exposing groundwater during or after mining operations. <br />(8) The will be no large piles of excavated dirt; any top soil to be <br />moved will be placed in the old pit approximately 3 inches deep. (The <br />old pit measures approximately 9.96 acres.) <br />(9) I do not anticipate leaving any topsoil stockpiles in place for <br />the time-frame specified (a year or longer). Seeding will take place <br />as need upon reclamation of site. <br />(10) The county is in a noxious weed program at this time and will <br />spray as needed. At this time, no noxious weeds have been sited <br />at this area. <br />
