The hazd rock/metal mining operation is located at or neaz Section 22, <br />Township 43N, Range 8W, 10th Prime Meridian, in Ouray County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866-3567.
