Ron Cattany has just signed an "Extension of Time For Abatement Notice" <br />approving Twentymile Coal Company's request for extensions of the deadlines of the three <br />remaining abatement steps (9b, 10, and 11) of Notice of Violation CV-2006-006. We will <br />fax this extension to you shortly, with hard copy to follow by LISPS. <br />The new NOV abatement deadlines are: <br />Step 9b: 1/31/07 <br />Step 10: 2/9/07 <br />Step 11: 2/9/07 <br />In accordance with your letter we received by e-mail today, we accept TCC's proposal to <br />withdraw TCC's previous request for an Assessment Conference for this Notice of Violation. <br />A Notice and Order to Pay Fixed Penalty will be sent to TCC by LISPS shortly. <br />Thank you for your diligence in working to resolve this matter. Attached is a <br />letter with our formal request. Please review, contact me with any <br />questions, and then discuss with Dave and Ron to verify their willingness <br />to concur with this approach.
