4. Impacts to local aquifers, by septic sludge deposits, do not come under the jurisdiction of <br />the DMG. Impacts to local aquifers from a mining operation do fall under the DMG's <br />jurisdiction and the applicant will be required to keep the impacts to a minimum. <br />5. Timely reclamation is required by statute (C.R.S. 34-32.6-116(4)(q)(I)) <br />6.
