Please be advised that in reviewing the Attorney General's
Infonr~al Opinion an error was noted on pages 4 and 5 regarding
the 111 Permit Annual Fee amount. It was noted in the Opinion
that the fee was $625.00. The correct amount of the fee is
$350.00 per year. All other factual statements in the Attorney
General's Opinion are correct.
