The Division is relaming the SO application, the Petf'otmaace Waammty and the Financial Warramy forms to yon to have the <br />following changes made before the Divisor can process the transfer Permit No. M-1994-096 from James D. and Beclde J. I{rakel <br />to either yon or ymu Limited Liability Corporation. The Standby Letter of Credit is be;rtg retained to The Home State Bank directly. <br />A copy of the letter seat with the Letter of Credit is enclosed for yoor irfarmation. <br />1. All Documents: Information contained na all documents must be consistent and accurate. Your Company <br />Name, Operation Name (Russell CnavelPit), and Pettnit Nrmber (M-1994-096) must be consistent throughout <br />~ dacam~.
