This letter is to notify you that we are waiving the 20 <br />day notice period and ask that we placed on the agenda for the <br />November, 1993, Mined Land Reclamation Board meeting to discuss the <br />issue. We are waiving the normal time period to show we are <br />working in good faith to resolve the problems. We would also like <br />you to know that we submitted a Technical Revision for the <br />operation on October 27th, 1993.
