Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, Office of Mined Land Reclamation, will hold a public <br />assessment confenerce on March 3, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 520 at 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado. The request for a conference was initially received on May 13, 1993 from <br />Basin Resources, Inc., operator of the New Elk Mine, Permit No. C-81-012. The initial <br />assessment conference was held on June 18, 1993. An agreement was reached whereby a <br />second conference would be held, if justified.
