FACTS SURROUNDING THE VIOLATION:
ABATEMENT:
Energy Fuels installed and repaired all signs and markers required to abate the NOV during the
period of April 19 through 29. Perimeter markers consisting of painted orange steel roof bolts have been
installed a[ the mine site and the two Santa Fe lease areas. Four entrance signs are in place at the Santa Fe
load outs, and one topsoil marker has been set.
