Please send your check of $3,000.00 payable to State of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamati~~n Division. <br />If you fail to make payment within the time specified we shall refer this <br />matter to the Colorado Attorney General for enforcement action. <br />Sincerely, <br />James L.
