PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Southway Construction Co., Inc.; 117 White Pine Dr., Alamosa, CO 81101, (719) 589- <br />5103, has applied for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation <br />Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd under provisions of the <br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Del Norte Pit, and is located at or near Section 21, <br />Township 40 North, Range 6 East, New Mexico Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June, 2003, and the proposed date of completion <br />is the yeaz of 2023.
