(the "APPficant/Operat~') has appfied for a Regulaz (112) rectanstion permit <br />from the Cotocado Mined Land Rectamation Boazd (the "Boazd") to conduct the etitraction of construction materials operations <br />in Rt c GRs}.Jfl6 County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the lOC3C0n and nature <br />of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the <br />local county clerk or recorder., <br />~~ <br />The applicanUoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to DE/Etao~A .QcS~~RCO use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.RS., the Boazd may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of <br />the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
