Mail, within one (1) day after receipt of this Notice, to the Mined Land Reclamation B <br />of your compliance with paragraph one (I) of this Cease and Desist Order. <br />3. Complete the following corrective action: <br />A. Submit an interim financial warranty of $18,000.00 by October 27, 1997. <br />B. Submit a 112 Construction Material conversion application for at least 12.7 disturbed <br />27, 1997 and secure approval of such application within 120 days of submittal. <br />4. Pay the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd a civil penalty in the amount of $1,100 <br />days of the signature date of this document.
