I am, however, <br />confused by your statement that says, "the issue concerning the stock- <br />piling of adequate volumes of topsoil to reclaim the maximum disturbance <br />present at any point in time was clarified." Will you please clarify this <br />for me. <br />My understanding was that the board voted 3-2 to find there was "no violation", <br />but there was no final position taken on the adequate volumes of topsoil being <br />stored or stockpiled to reclaim the maximum disturbance present at any point <br />in time. My understanding that this question was not answered. Please let <br />me have your thoughts. <br />Regarding the recalculation of a financial warranty for the Lamar West Pit, <br />the Lamar East Pit and the Wiley Pit, I have now received figures from a <br />local contractor.
