Based on this lease Couls n Excavating <br /> has up to 100 acre-feet of totally consumable water on an annual basis. T is water may <br /> be used for augmentation of gravel pits owned by Coulson Excavating. <br /> As I understand from our recent conversations, Coulson Excavating woul like to use a <br /> portion of this water for augmentation of their Challenger Pit Gravel Minin Operation. I <br /> also understand that this gravel pit is within the Big Thompson River Dr 'nage Basin. <br /> Since this pit lies within the Big Thompson River Basin, Coulson Excavati g can use the <br /> water available under the terms of the long term water lease with the City of Loveland. <br /> The amount of water needed by year is as follows: <br /> 1998 October 4.8 AF <br /> November 2.8 AF <br /> December 1.7 AF <br /> Total = 9.3 AF <br /> 1999 And 2000 January 1.4 AF <br /> February 1.5 AF <br /> March 2.0 AF <br /> April 3.1 AF <br /> May 0.1 AF <br /> June 0.0 AF <br /> July 0.0 AF <br /> August 3.9 AF <br /> September 7.0 AF <br /> October 4.8 AT <br /> 1398 <br /> � Printed on <br /> WReWded Paper <br />
