RE: Payment of Settlement Agreement Penalties for NOV C-93-21, NOV C-93-022 and
NOV C-93-029, Marr Strip Mine, Kerr Coal Co. Permit No. C-80-006
Dear Mr. Munson:
I had been trying to reach you by phone this week concerning payment of the NOV fines for the
Marr Strip Mine but we never seem to connect. I was looking through the Division's files and I
could not find a record that the fines for NOVs C-93-21, C-93-022 and C-93-029 had been paid.
However, I do have the signed settlement agreements for these NOVs. If these fines have not
been paid please send the Division payment in the amounts set in the settlement agreements.
