Since the mnoff from the 100 year event is contained in all parts of the site, no dischazge permit or <br /> <br /> <br />• <br />stormwater permit is needed for the site with the CDPHE. SPCC plans will be maintained for the <br />entire operation. <br />2.3 Access Roads <br />Atl access roads aze described in Section 1.3 of this mine plan. All tracks that leave the site for the <br />gravel operation will use Accesses 1, 4 or 6. All traffic supplying product demand to the south of <br />Alma will enter Highway 9 using Access 1 or 4 so that the traffic does not go through the town. <br />Every effort will be made to minimize the track traffic through the town for all demand that exists <br />to the north. As described in Section 1.3, the roads will either be watered or sprayed with <br />magnesium chloride to keep dust down. These measures will be done on an as needed basis to <br />ensure that dust is kept to a minimum from the truck traffic. All trucks will also be covered as they <br />leave the site and will not track mud onto the Highway. <br />2.4 Topsoil Handling for Gravel Operation <br />As previously described, all disturbed azea for the gravel portion of the disturbed area has been <br />previously disturbed with no topsoil salvaged. This azea is 40.5 acres. The 110 area of 11.8 acres <br />will be reclaimed at the same time that the operation moves north of the gold plant, using sediment <br />fines that aze salvaged from the 110 operation in settling Pond D. Approximately 3500 cy has been <br />salvaged from this pond as of Apri12003. This has been placed in Fines Pile #4, as shown on Map <br />C-2. Fines Pile #1 can also be used by the gravel operation. These piles will have slopes no steeper <br />than 2.SH:1V and will be seeded according to the following mix: <br />Alma Placer 7/03 <br />29 <br />
