Tuttle Applegate submitted the <br />amendment the third week in February, as quickly as <br />they could possibly get it out. We have not been lax <br />and sitting on our hands. We have done everything <br />asked of us. The staff sent out a letter saying that <br />the bond ought to be $175,000. I reviewed the data <br />that they based that bond recommendation on was found <br />to be in error and asked Tuttle Applegate to do their <br />own rendering of those numbers.
