submissions on these operations satisfied th requirements of Rule 1.62.
i have reviewed these nine Notices and feel that there are not obvious
performance standard issues or problems r se~ by these Notices, Therefore,
I have not placed these items on the ag da for~Board consideration during
the upcoming play 23-2y-, 1984 meetin I have merely acknowledged the
receipt of these Notices in the mo Ty activity report appended to the
agenda for this month's meeting a have notified San Miguel and-Montrose o^d M es~-

five-year temporary ssation period for each operation, i<have listed
these dates above. Each date was established by reviewing the respective
Notice and notin the latest date that mining operations were curtailed on
any particular ortian of the operation in question, For each"operation,
after a peri ending five years after that date (unless mining `has been
resumed bef re that date) the status of the operation must be re evaluated
as per Ru a 1.63.
