Pals is hereby assessed a CNIL PENALTY of $1,000.00 per day for 33 days of <br />violation, pursuant to Section 34-32.5-123(2), C.R.S., and $37.93 per hour for 20 hours of <br />Division staff time, pursuant to Section 34-32.5-123(4), C.R.S., totaling.$33,758.60. Of the civil <br />penalty, $758.60 is due, and $33,000 is suspended pending compliance with the corrective action <br />outlined above.
