Special sec~rity <br />systems are in place to protect the public and wildlif The <br />Division is working closely with the company at the si e. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will he r the <br />violation at a formal public hearing during its April 2-23 Board <br />meeting in Denver. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) was Great d in 1976 <br />to carry out the mandates of the Mined Land Reclamatio Act. The <br />seven-member board, appointed by the Governor, works w th the <br />staff of the Mined Land Reclamation Division of the De artment of <br />Natural Resources to regulate mining operations throug <br />permitting, inspection and bonding procedures.
