Below are particular issues with regard to any of the compliance items.
Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules and
Regulations, and the permit also are identified below.
NOV C-85-042 was written for failure to dispose of non-coal waste in a
controlled manner in a designated area.
Abatement was to remove a refrigerator and several tires from an area where
they had been placed and covered or to submit adequate information to show
that the disposal area meets the requirement of Rule 4.11.4 (1) and (2); and
submit a revision for this area as an approved non coal waste disposal area by
June 28, 1985.
