-- <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />June 24, 1985 <br />Page Two <br />51014/98 <br />As operator under the permit, we do not want Brinkmann-Woodward <br />Construction, which has previously been found to have violated <br />provisions of the permit, conducting any activities whatsoever. <br />The mining permit for the property is under the name of Cooley <br />Gravel Company and we simply cannot have Brinkmann-Woodward <br />aggravating the already difficult reclamation problem by doing <br />anything on the site. This was the Board's position at the May, <br />1985 meeting and we are quite disturbed that Cease And Desist <br />Order was changed without our being allowed to present evidence. <br />We would formally request <br />agenda for the July, 1985 <br />concerned of exactly what <br />administrative action whi <br />permit is simply not fair <br />present our position. <br />that the Board place this matter on its <br />meeting and give proper notice to all <br />items will be considered.
