La Plata Coal Corporation, et al. You will note that hearing has been set on this matter for July 23, 1987, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., at which time plaintiffs intend to seek the appointment of a receiver in order to facilitate the acquisition of a bond through the funds available to the plain- tiffs and thereafter obtain issuance of the permit by order of this court through the receiver on behalf of La Plata Coal Corporation. The mechanics of so proceeding need to be discussed in detail with your office, I understand that you are referring this matter to your attorney and I would appreciate being placed in contact with your attorney as soon as possible. Based upon the statement which you signed for Bob Stovall on July 15, 1987, I understand that the issuance of this order will permit the modification by the Division of its cessation order insofar as it calls for the continuation of penalties and will further extend the time within which to post the bond and obtain the permit. This letter is further to serve as a formal request to be advised of all action taken by the MLRD with respect to La Plata Mine No. I and the activities of La Plata Coal Corporation and all actions relative to the disposition and enforcement of adminis- trative orders.
