In the meantime, 124th Estates Partners desires to obtain an additional <br />permit(s) for hauling gravel along temporary access route(s) nn nr Hearths property. As you know, <br />124th Estates has sought the City's cooperation in that tt•.mpnrary ltermitting process. <br />Although the City is certainlywilling to rcaannahly cooperate with 124th Estates Partners in <br />support of its application, the ('.ity is not willing to act as the permit Applit:ant, nor is the City <br />required to tlnderlake that rnlr..
