This <br />plan is submitted on behalf of Castle Concrete Company of <br />Colorado Springs. <br />You will note the plan not only contains a plan for <br />repairing the damages to the slope, but also some steps to <br />be taken to prevent a repeat of this unfortunate accident. <br />Therefore, the plan is not only a corrective action plan but <br />a preventative action plan. <br />If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. <br />Respectfully, <br />Mark A.
