State <br />County Regulatory Agencies. <br />the above <br />rating <br />The Gravel Pit and equipment was leased, with option to buy, in 19 9 to <br />Gordon Bartz who established Aggregate Sand and Soil, Inc. The to ms of <br />the aggrement specified that Mr. Bartz was responsible for require annual <br />Initialy, Aggregrate Sand and Soil, Inc. was located at 9800 E. 96 h Ave., <br />Henderson, Colo.; but later relocated all Management Personnel to he Gravel <br />Pit, and subsequently changed the P.O. Box Number without notifyin the <br />Permit Holder, who was on an extended business trip, or notifying ther <br />agencies irho should have also been informed. <br />Obviously the terms of the lease agreement were not complied with, and <br />action has been taken by the Permit Holder and property owner to r claim <br />the property and existing equipment. <br />We respectively request that the Board reconsider reinstating our ermit <br />and not revoking our Bonds.
