t • <br />Sierra Grande Site, M-94-103, Chronology of Contact <br />Since Application Completeness Date (8/24/95). <br />08/24/95 Application completeness date. <br />09/08/95 RCO called Devereaux, told him to publish notice, and <br />send response to NOV M-95-057. <br />09/11/95 RCO mailed adequacy letter to Devereaux, mailed copy to <br />Vasquez. <br />09/15/95 RCO faxed adequacy letter to Devereaux, included copy of <br />DWR/OSE response stating need for water info. <br />10/06/95 RCO mailed blank performance warranty forms to both <br />Vasquez and Devereaux. <br />10/17/95 RCO called Devereaux, told him about simplified map <br />requirements, suggested obtaining NRCS reclamation plan, <br />and must provide proof of publishing notice. <br />10/25/95 Vasquez faxed copy of published notice. <br />10/30/95 Applicant mailed completed performance warranty. <br />11/10/95 Vasquez faxed maps of boundaries. <br />11/14/95 RCO called Vasquez, told him boundary maps were not <br />complete, and how to correct them; also told him that <br />published notice was not correct and county must <br />republish. <br />11/28/95 RCO called Vasquez, left message saying maps and other <br />adequacy items must be submitted ASAP, or application <br />would be denied and this would be brought before Board. <br />11/28/95 RCO called Devereaux, told him same thing as message left <br />for Vasquez. He said all items would be submitted next <br />week. <br />12/13/95 RCO called Devereaux, who said that all materials were <br />faxed by Vasquez. <br />12/13/95 RCO called Vasquez, who said that the entire application <br />file was lost, with no extra copy.
