As <br />long as you comply with all terms and conditions of the Consent Agreement and <br />the Cease 6 Desist Order, you will be in compliance with the law and may legally <br />continue working all operations listed in this Compliance Plan. You will now <br />be responsible for submitting your applications in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />- first three operations on or before July 1, 1977; <br />- next three operations on or before August 1, 1977. <br />You should also be aware of the fact that bond or other form of acceptable surety <br />for all operations must be submitted no later than July 1, 1977, at the rate of <br />$500(acre for Regular (112) operations and $2500 (total) fur each Limited Impact <br />operation. In your case, [he total amount will be $15,000.00 subject to <br />further revision. An irrevocable letter of credit, which may or may not be accepted <br />by the Board, can be submitted in,lieu of bond. I have enclosed copies of the <br />folloving: <br />* 1. Final, approved Rules and Regulations; <br />* 2. Application form(s); <br />* 3. Procedural requirements for applications on <br />abandoned, unreclaimed operations; <br />4. The Cease & Desist Order issued by the Board. <br />* 5. Consent Agreement (which you should sign and return <br />r <br />to our office.) <br />There is a $2.00 charge for the Rules and Regulations which can be mailed to or paid <br />in person at our office. A copy of the Consent AgreemenC will be returned to you <br />upon our receipt of the original. <br />The members of [he MLR Board would like to express their appreciation to you for the <br />cooperatlon and concern you have shown by entering into this Compliance Plan and <br />taking an active role in bringing your mining operations into compliance with the law.l <br />If you have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to call <br />me.
